Journal of Judicial Administration (JJA)

The former AIJA Executive Director Professor Greg Reinhardt AM edits the Journal of Judicial Administration, which is published in association with the AIJA. It is a subscription-only, peer-reviewed journal published by Thompson Reuters. A list of articles only is kept on this website.

All contributions to the Journal are peer-reviewed and written by leading judges, academics, practitioners and other legal specialists and experts. The Journal is available by subscription through Thomson Reuters.

The Journal of Judicial Administration is a leading forum for the discussion of issues surrounding judicial administration and publishes contributions that encourage informed discourse about contemporary issues in areas such as:
